Customer Service and Time Management Programme

Working in partnership with Planet Training, we delivered a two-part personal development programme covering a range of topics. The programme was designed to help officers and admin staff understand How they can make the best possible use of their time, becoming more productive, as well as presenting the best possible impression to members.

Feedback was excellent from all quarters, and the programme was a success as measured by internal evaluation processes after the event.
