Management is a deep and broad topic, and for many managers, a one or two day course will not be enough. We are specialists in constructing a management programme to suit your specific needs, covering as many different topics as required, in whatever depth needed. Any level of manager can be catered for, although the programmes work best if managers in a single group are of similar level.


Programmes can be made up of a variety of elements. The core is usually a series of 2-12 workshops spread over anything from a week to a year. This can be complemented by Action Learning Sets, Coaching, a Mentoring scheme and/or teambuilding events. We can plan a programme to suit your needs exactly starting with the range of modules available ‘off-the-shelf’, but adapting them as necessary to produce a branded programme that is truly unique.

We have run successful programmes of this kind for organisations as diverse as Zurich, the NHS (receiving an award for the programme’s impact) and YouGov.
